CARLY KENNY WALSH

Associate

Carly Kenny Walsh is an associate with Jackson Buckley & Pfanenstiel, LLP.  Carly represents clients in all aspects of family law, including complex financial matters and high-conflict child related matters. The majority of Carly’s practice has centered around family law since being admitted to the Bar in 2018. Carly understands that emotions can run high in family matters, which is why she works to give each client individualized attention. She strives to tailor her representation to each family’s needs. Prior to joining Jackson Buckley & Pfanenstiel, LLP Carly practiced as an associate attorney at a civil law firm in Chicago.

Carly graduated cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law. She was the recipient of CALI Awards for earning the highest grade in several law school courses, including Legal Writing II, Legislation: Process & Interpretation, and Pretrial Litigation. She was also a DuPage Association of Women Lawyers Helen C. Kinney Scholarship recipient. While in law school, Carly worked as a Teaching Assistant for a Contracts class during her third year. Throughout law school, Carly clerked for an established Workers Compensation law firm, the Illinois State’s Attorney’s Office in the Appeals division, and a large family law firm.

Carly received a Bachelor of Science Degree with honors as a James Scholar from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. While at the University of Illinois, she researched Title IX and sexual assault on college campuses with Andrea H. Beller, Ph.D. and presented her research at the Undergraduate Research Symposium. Carly also studied abroad at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Leuven, Belgium.
